<p>While this wouldn&#8217;t be a route I would choose for any of my clients social media channels, it is one Cinnamon in Ranelagh did take. While the customer may not always be right, sometimes it&#8217;s best to let the public decide that for themselves.</p>
<p>In this case, Cinnamon decided to call their potential customer an arsehole and are getting plenty of publicity out of this little Twitter spat.</p>
